About Jackson County 

Founded and named after President Andrew Jackson in 1853, Jackson County is the 50th most populated and 18th largest county by area size in Wisconsin. Located on U.S. Highway 94, Jackson County, WI, has fertile land rich in beautiful pine forests. The county’s seat is at Black River falls village, on the Black River. The Black River has abundant water power and is suitable for varied leisure activities, including scuba diving and fishing.
