Washington County Sheriff - Drug Presentations

That question and more are answered when our Investigators give drug presentations to organizations throughout the county.

Drug Presentations and Education

Educating the community about current drug threats is an important role of the Sheriff’s Office. Many of the crimes committed in Washington County revolve around drug-related activity. Through the D.A.R.E. program, school age children learn how to recognize and avoid drugs they may encounter. But it is equally important for adults and parents to be able to recognize these illegal drugs and the threats they pose in the community.

Investigators from the Drug Unit and Detective Bureau can provide your group or organization with the latest information on drug trends and threats in your community.

For additional information on drug related presentations for adult groups,
please contact Lt. Paul Buth or Lt. Tim Kemps at 335-4420.
